The role of EMS continues to dramatically evolve. Medicare and other agencies have issued waivers during the pandemic and may, or may not, become new models for service delivery. Agencies and practitioners are implementing new services that enhance the value EMS bring to patients, payers, hospitals, ACOs, CMOs, and Hospital in the Home providers.
